HOTROCK materials for a flat roof can be laid not only on the concrete base, but also on the corrugated sheet. Thermal insulating component With regard to such solution, the flat roof system consists of two layers of HOTROCK heat insulation materials. The lower layer is laid directly on the corrugated sheet, less dense HOTROCK ROOF N, and the upper layer is laid on a denser HOTROCK ROOF V. Its task, in addition to heat retention, also consists in redistribution of external load on a lower insulation bed. Both heat insulation layers are attached to the base made of the corrugated sheet using a special telescopic disk-shaped mounting hardware. Such solution has its advantages. Firstly, the process of roof assembly is accelerated. Secondly, it is not required to construct an underlayment, wait for it to harden and dry up, which also accelerates the assembly. Thirdly, the absence of underlayment reduces the load on the building structure. Advantages HOTROCK system is oriented to application in rapidly erected buildings. It has an excellent mechanical strength and excellent heat insulating characteristics. Its total weight is not large. Fast and easy assembly should also be noted as an advantage.
HOTROCK ROOF N and HOTROCK ROOF V material is used in the course of “flat roof” construction. HOTROCK materials have the following advantages: simplicity, availability, safety, and high lay rate. The technology is based on applying a widespread laying system of a less dense lower layer and dense upper layer of thermal insulation. Moisture resistance is provided here due to the application of modern polymer roll materials, usually using a PVC-membrane. Roofing Roof insulation consists of several layers of vapour insulating and waterproofing materials. The first one, the lowest bed, is basically the padding for vapour insulation. It is laid directly on a concrete base. Then, HOTROCK ROOF H basalt wool is used, which preserves its integrity in case of vibrations of a building structure at the moment of its subsidence. A lower layer, which has small density, is initially laid. A HOTROCK ROOF V compact thin slab of basalt heat insulation is placed above the lower insulation layer. It takes the load occurring due to the movement of people, who lay and maintain bitumen roofing. Application The use of HOTROCK ROOF N and HOTROCK ROOF V basalt heat insulation in the systems of double-layer flat roof became the way of new approach to thermal insulation. Their use jointly with other technological solutions enables to substantially cut energy consumption for heating a building, and the ease of assembly should provide a high-quality result within a minimum term.
It is possible to make a roof heat insulation not only using double-layer systems but only in single layer. For that purpose HOTROCK ROOF C slab heat insulation material is used. That in particular serves as a bearing base and can withstand not only snow loads, but also the pressure administered by a movement of people on the roof. A corrugated sheet can also serve as the bearing base. A vapour barrier film should be preliminarily laid on it. This film prevents moistening of the heat insulation material with the vapour, coming from a premise. Such solution has its advantages. Firstly, the process of roof assembly is accelerated. Рекомендации по применению с альбомом технических решений
Технические решения «Теплоизоляционные изделия «HOTROCK» в строительных и ограждающих конструкциях зданий и сооружений. Рекомендации по применению с альбомом технических решений» разработаны в соответствии с заданием ООО «Завод строительных конструкций».
Приведенные в настоящих рекомендациях номенклатура и технические характеристики теплоизоляционных плит ООО «Завод строительных конструкций», предназначенных для применения в строительстве, приняты в соответствии с техническими условиями ТУ 23.99.19-005-83998728-2022 «Плиты теплоизоляционные из каменной ваты на синтетическом связующем марки «HOTROCK». В технических решениях приведены методики расчета толщины тепловой изоляции в зависимости от ее назначения и таблицы рекомендуемых толщин теплоизоляционного слоя в конструкциях тепловой изоляции. Технические решения разработаны в соответствии с требованиями СП 50.1333.2012 «Тепловая защита зданий» с учетом требований пожарной безопасности и других нормативных документов.
