HOTROCK production technique has a range of crucial distinctions.
Use of the natural gas as fuel instead of the coking coal enables to simultaneously increase product quality and to cut energy consumption, thus minimizing the emission of hazardous substances to the atmosphere.
Application of complex heat-exchange equipment reduces consumption of electricity and emission of heat to the environment.High automation of production, clearly organized hardware check of raw materials and three-level of finished goods inspection is a guarantee of stable and high quality of HOTROCK basalt heat insulation.HOTROCK basalt heat insulation is produced using the unique “Elastic Fiber” technology. The peculiarity of obtaining the fiber, which forms the basis of heat insulation material, consists in high degree of homogenization (uniformity) of the melt, which consists of several natural ingredients. The fiber, obtained from such melt, is long, thin and flexible (elastic) and requires less binder.Elastic Fiber is less fragile. In the course of transportation or assembly it preserves its integrity and structure. Cutting of the slabs of heat insulation material is carried out using special knives, but not toothed saws, due to which fact HOTROCK products do not contain and do not form the dust, hazardous for health, in the course of operation.
